How should I prepare for your appointment?

Please make sure that the hair to be treated is clean and dry. (No oil, mayonnaise or gel) Please have hair brushed and knot free. Knots make the process much slower. You will also want to bring a clean shirt to change into after the treatment is over.

-Sitting still for an hour or more can be difficult for anyone so we recommend bringing hand-held games, books, I-pods (ear phones are OK), homework or laptop computer. Please come on time so we can serve you better. If you are running late, please give us a call.

-Snacks and drinks are also welcome.

-We encourage you to have all family members checked, this helps minimize the odds of re-infestation.

-Our form of payment is cash or check and is due at the time of service.

How long will the treatment take?

An average visit is 1 to 2 hours, depending on the number of people needing treatment, the severity of the infestation and the length and thickness of the hair.
