"Words cannot describe the admiration and respect I have for Anna; for both the service she provides and the way in which she provides it. Thank You So Much Lice Lady! After three months of chemical shampoo treatments my daughter still had lice.....and it spread to myself, my mother, and my sister. I brought my daughter and myself to The Lice Lady last year. My daughter was infested and I got it from her! Anna was great! She spent hours with us, picking out the lice strand by strand! She was wonderful with my daughter, keeping her engaged with movies as she worked on her. What could have been a horrifying experience, turned out to be fine. We followed up with her a week later to make sure all the lice was gone. She is very thorough, and I highly recommend her!

Anna Krosche is a true professional, and I highly recommend her services to anyone who needs to get rid of lice. When both of my children had lice, I found myself at Anna's home/office. Her office is clean, inviting and private. Anna was professional, pleasant, kind, and very calming. My son and daughter both got lice after an outbreak in day care. My daughter was only 15 months old at the time. I did not want to repeatedly expose my kids to harsh chemicals. I was also worried about how effectively I could comb and pick a wiggly toddler. Anna, The Lice Lady, was very reassuring on the phone and could schedule us right away. Her in-home salon was set up very nicely for kids. My son enjoyed videos and hardly noticed that he was having his hair picked and combed. I was able to hold my daughter in my lap while Anna and her assistant worked on her hair, and she was lice and nit-free with minimal fuss. I got clear instructions for follow-up treatments at home, and my kids were lice-free after the first visit.

"This Too Shall Pass" is the sign in Anna's office that you see when you first enter. That is not at all how I felt when I found out that my son and I had lice. I felt anxious, stressed and crazed; to say the least! The experience was one that I hope to never have to go through again. Anna's professionalism, sense of humor, kindness and thoroughness eased what I thought to be tragic (at the time). She was able to see us upon request and took every one of my neurotic calls during the process, and even after, simply to comfort me that all would be ok. Frantically, I called our pediatrician and the Doctor advised me to call you, Anna! It was late in the day when I called and you were so willing to help, you worked on us through the evening hours. One of my luckiest days ever was the day I was reading Westchester Magazine and found Anna Krosche, The Lice Lady, smiling at me from the inside back cover of the magazine. It was fate because my daughter had just gotten lice! I would recommend Anna to anyone who is afflicted with this most unpleasant experience. She was meticulous and thorough. Dear Anna,

In the fall my daughter was infested with lice. I used a different local lice removal service and was very disappointed. They advertised that they were a “salon” but it was not a salon at all. It was a dirty basement. I was very angered with the service I received; when they went to rinse my daughter’s hair, they used water bottles, not even a sink. After the treatment my daughter still had lice! I remembered an article in Westchester Magazine about The Lice Lady and decided to give her a call. We were very happy with our experience with Anna and her staff. Her salon is set up for lice removal. It is clean and her staff is very professional. The other service did not clean up my daughter the first time, and it spread to my other daughter and my wife as well. In a matter of hours, all 3 were lice free and back to school the next day. We haven’t had a problem since. Thank you!

I used another company for lice removal services, but unfortunately the technician they sent did not provide me with the services they advertised in their website and that’s when I called Anna for help. She found that my three children and myself were still infested with lice and nits. Anna and her staff were able to completely eliminate the lice and nits from all of us.
